Delhi Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DTIDC) was incorporated on 16 August 2010 under the Companies Act 1956 as wholly-owned by Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The Company falls under the administrative control of Ministry of Transport, Govt of NCT of Delhi. The company has taken over all three existing operational ISBTs situated at Kashmere Gate, Anand Vihar and Sarai Kale Khan as well as two non-operational ISBTs for which land has been allotted by DDA at Narela and Dwarka in NCT of Delhi along with its all assets and liabilities as a going concern with effect from 1st April, 2011.

  • To provide Multi Model Transit facilities over newly developed/ renovated ISBTs and Inter change points of international standard in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
  • To provide Transport Infrastructure of International standard with better facilities and amenities to passengers and tourists.
